The large drawer provides a great place to store away your small essential items such as keys, paper, and pens. The small shelved area would have been originally for putting your telephone book, and the larger seat area for resting while you made your telephone calls.

We have lovingly restored this classic piece of British oak furniture by stripping back the darker finish to reveal the rich and lighter tones of the oak grain. A clear matt lacquer has then been applied to give a long-lasting and appealing finish.
